I just don't know how much sense it makes if everyone switches off the light for five minutes at the same time. I'm just sensing a big blackout here. Stupid Pro7 for making this silly "LICHT AUS!" thingy. XD

... Then again, I like blackouts. <3 Hopefully there'll be one. They always make me creative. :D Maybe I'll go to the Herkules and look down onto the city. Curious how many people will partake. ^-^

Those campaigns are silly, though the issue is important

Right now, it's just fashionable to talk about, but there are nearly no spots or campaigns for example about HIV, regarding the nowadays again increasing infections. That annoys me very much. And lately, a shop who sells fur coats has opened in my town, WTF? That would not have been possible a few years ago, at least not without some demonstrations (and some balloons filled with paint ...). The medias dictate about what we should worry ... (of course, without informing properly ...)

What's "Herkules"? (and don't tell me a greek half-god, I know that XD)

That's what annoying me... all this talk in the media is pretty hypocritical... and yeah, just wanna say you're right. :/

Well... ich werd's einfach auf Deutsch sagen, is einfacher! XD Der Herkules ist das Wahrzeichen von Kassel (wo ich ja wohne ^^), er steht im Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe und is eigentlich nur son Riesen Oktagon mit ner Pyramide drauf. Auf der Pyramide steht dann jedenfalls eine Herkulesstatue. Und der Herkules steht an der oberen (westlichen) Grenze des Bergparks, auf der höchsten Stelle des Karlsbergs, dass heißt, wenn man vorm Herkules steht, kann man über die ganze Stadt schauen. Naja, Kassel is... "ein Dorf mit Straßenbahn"! XD Naja, ich wohn jedenfalls gern in Kassel. ^-^ Is zwar leider nicht so megaviel los, aber es wird wieder ein bisschen mehr. :) Die Mieten sind billig und es gibt auch alles, was man braucht. ^^ Joa. Und ich find Kassel ja ganz toll wegen allem Geschichtlichen. Landgrafen, Brüder Grimm und so. Documenta is auch Klasse. Also, ich mag es hier. XD *ist voreingenommen*

Waldweihnacht, falls du das mal bei mir im LJ gelesen hast ... wegen der blöden Ausbildung wurden wir halt verpflichtet, da mitzumachen, und das isn komplettes Wochenende wo wir so n Event halt mitgestalten müssen. Dieses Jahr spielen wir die Märchen (ich Frau Holle xDD) und das macht doch schon Spaß, letztes Jahr waren wir nur Mädchen für alles und wurden rumgescheucht ^^;

Okay, it is silly. But... er... are you complaining? Why? oO It's more like a sign or so. Of course it's useless. You can't expect people to actually DO anything effective about the clima. That's almost sad... ^^;

Btw, I totally forgot all about it. A friend told me when I asked why Google was black yesterday... Too bad. I would've liked to look if the other's here had turned out the lights. *shrugs* Too bad. xD But on the other hand, most people basically 'live' in darkness here (at least you get the imprssion since you never ever see their lights turned on).

We had a black out yesterday. The power company shut everyones electric off for 6 hours while they replaced transformers. Oo

It's just... well, I think most people just thought "it doesn't make a difference, it's only a gesture" which is what I thought as well, um... But on the other hand, I'll always try to turn lights off when not needed and stuff like that... ^^;
