You've only had the dog a day, right? She's probably nervous and unsure of her surroundings, and afraid of being left alone, hence all the barking. If she doesn't start acclimating, or continues to bark constantly after acclimating, then it's not the right environment for her, but I wouldn't take one day as being indicative of whether you should keep her or if you're a bad dog owner :)
