Okay, zuerst mal kurz was auf Deutsch! Ich habe endlich einen Praktikumsplatz! :DDD~ Yay~~~!! Und zwar beim Wartberg Verlag. War heute da zu einem Vorstellungsgespräch. (Natürlich hab ich mich aufm Weg dreimal verfahren, der Verlag liegt aufm Land. War so klar! -_-) Und was ich da so zu sehen kriege klingt schon sehr interessant! :D Kann da u.a. im Lektorat mithelfen.
Da freu ich mich doch schon fast aufs Praktikum. ;)

Okay, and let's continue in English! :D Today, isegrim_chan and I met to drink coffee (I <3 it! xD) and watch Jumper (which I <3 less! xD). So here's my movie review. ;)

I thought the film was okay. No, I really did. I didn't expect too much from the beginning and yeah, it met my non-expectations.
I don't think Hayden Christensen is as sexy as he thinks he is, but I like Jamie Bell. He's cute! :3 And I liked his role. Hayden Christensen's role (David) was kinda annoying and I really didn't like Millie. She was... well, annoying. :/ The story didn't really impress me either, but, hey, was okay.
BUT! Was this ending strange or what? And did David let Griffin (Jamie Bell) just hang there in this electrical tower wreck? You know, if this is true then he's dead! D: Nooo, only cool guy, don't be dead!! DDD:

I'd give this film a... 4/10. ^-^ It's... the German word is "kurzweilig". That's what this film is. (I think in English it's... entertaining? But this isn't quite the right word. It doesn't describe this film as good as "kurzweilig" does. /linguistic nitpickery)

AHAHAH. XD I can't believe your result for the last quiz! It's so unlike you!

And yay for your wonderful score on the spelling test~ /o/ Especially since English isn't your native language! So many people misspell those common words, though I've always wondered how. Especially when people mix up 'lose' and 'loose'. :/ I wonder why it's such a common mistake.

Yeah. In German many people use the word "Loser" (I don't know why, maybe they think "Verlierer" isn't fashionable enough or something...) but almost everyone spells it "looser". Sometimes it makes me wanna scream at people. xDDD

It's all thanks to the fact that I took five (or six?) years of ju-jutsu when I was younger! :D

I agree with your rating on JUMPER. This was based on an old scifi novel that is now out of print. I was looking for it online in hopes that the written story might have had some better answers instead of leaving so many loose ends, but the book is hiding in some nook and cranny somewhere. Hayden was better in AWAKE than this one. His acting? Ja -Nicht so gut. He's eye candy (and he knows it).

I think the novel had a different story line.
I don't really like Hayden Chrsitensen. One of my friends thinks he looks like her ex-boyfriend and won't stop pointing that out. ^^
