Well, I can't speak for this specific series because I haven't actually watched it, but sometimes they dub films even if the actors are Italian, because they're just so awful. XD Italian dub actors are usually much better than TV actors, most of them are actually theatre actors, so producers call them to save the day.
PS I laughed so much when I saw the Alarm für Cobra 11 episode with Bela dubbed in Italian. XD
Yes, they are supposed to, but some just get important roles in TV series because they look good, so producers need to dub them and call actors who can talk properly. I read somewhere that the same thing happened in the '50s and '60s too, producers chose beautiful women for big parts in films, but they couldn't act to save their life, so the director told them "Oh, just count up to 10, then we'll ask a dub actor to say the acual words." I'm not kidding! If you read some actors' lips in old films you can see they go "Uno... due... tre..." XD
And, well, they had to dub Alarm für Cobra 11, they couldn't show the German version on Italian TV. ;)
I'll have to look up a few titles, maybe I can find something on YouTube. I remember they talked about that in a TV show/documentary on cinema and they showed some scenes where you could clearly see that the actress was talking out of sync. Unfortunately I don't remember any names (because they were awful actresses in the end, so they didn't last long), but I'll do my best to come up with some names. ;)

I think it all started with Derrick yeeears ago, then "Ein Fall für zwei", "Wolff", "The Clown", "Kommissar Rex", "Alarm für Cobra 11" and I'm sure there are other series, but I rarely watch TV these days. And then there are series for younger people, which are shown on MTV: "Berlin, Berlin" and "Türkisch für Anfänger", which, for some reason, was translated to "Kebab for breakfast". Oh yes, having an English title makes it so much cooler...

Hab auch nur zwei Folgen oder so gesehen. War jetzt nicht so der Reißer. Rex war sowieso besser. :P Und lassie habe ich noch nie gesehen. (Wenn ich es mal hochrechne, habe ich anscheinend weniger Zeit vorm Fernseher zugebracht als andere). Und nein, ich hatte ne supertolle Kindheit auch OHNE Lassie. Meine Mama war in ihrer Jugend aber glaube Fan. Wenns das da schon gab.
Rex is der tollste! xD (Hab irgendwo noch ein Rex Kuscheltier...) Naja, hat ja nichts mit der Fernsehzeit zu tun, eher mit der Vielfalt. ;) Ich hab von Lassie ja auch nur n paar Folgen gesehen, und ein, zwei Filme. :)
